Milestone 2 Status Report

This page is the written status report accompanying the Milestone 2 deliverables: outcomes of the Walrus integration, and on-chain verification for each KPI.

Outcomes (summary)

  • Per-Sentinel Security Reports — aggregate, immutable security reports per Sentinel with attack summaries, aggregate security scores, complete evidence-blob indexes, and wallet-free shareable verification links: Security Reports.
  • Public Anonymized Attack Dataset — the anonymized real-world attack corpus stored as Walrus blobs, anchored on-chain, free for the community: Attack Dataset.
  • Access control architecture — the tiered split between public raw evidence, public aggregated insights, and subscriber raw feeds: Access Control.
  • Milestone 1 pipeline extended — the evidence blob schema gains jury rationale, attack classification, chain-of-thought, and the TEE attestation receipt (schema v2), and anchoring moves to an explicit on-chain reference per record.

KPI verification

All counters below are publicly checkable — no wallet, no Sui node.

Storage footprint model

The storage model behind the KPIs (per the deliverable metrics):
  • ~5 KB average per evidence blob (agent response + jury evaluation + chain-of-thought + classification + metadata).
  • Conservative 5 attacks / Sentinel / day, moderate 50, high 500.
  • Across 100 active Sentinels this compounds to roughly 9 GB annually on Walrus at the moderate rate — the sizing assumption for storage funding and epoch reservations.
Note: for the invoice submission, snapshot each counter (value + timestamp) at filing time. The evidence-blob counter is live in the explorer; the reports and dataset counters are surfaced by their respective registries as those components finish rollout.
